All digital products and programs sold by Biotropics Wellness LLC—including but not limited to Luna, the 5 Day Drop™, the 30 Day Dip™, and any associated challenges, audio guides, or downloads—are non-refundable . Due to the nature of digital delivery and instant access, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a product has been purchased.
If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected] at least 72 hours before your next billing date . Once a charge has been processed, we cannot issue a refund for that cycle.
Any physical products, supplements, prescriptions, lab work, or telehealth services fulfilled by third-party partners—such as GoMDUSA, EllieMD, or any external providers—are subject to the refund and return policies of those individual companies. Biotropics Wellness is not responsible for the fulfillment, condition, shipping, or return process of products purchased through those partners.
