Biotropics Wellness Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “I Agree,” checking a related box, or using any part of the Biotropics Wellness platform (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you accept on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorized to bind them.
Notice of Arbitration
Unless you opt out as described below, you agree that any disputes between you and Biotropics Wellness will be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or class arbitration.
Emergency Medical Situations
The Service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care. The Service is not a substitute for all medical care and may not be appropriate for certain conditions.
About Biotropics Wellness
Biotropics Wellness LLC, based in Florida, operates the website and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). The Service offers access to health and wellness resources, including digital products fulfilled directly by Biotropics Wellness (such as Luna AI and the 5 Day Drop), as well as products and services provided by third-party partners (such as GoMDUSA and EllieMD).
Fulfillment and Third-Party Services
Biotropics Wellness only directly fulfills products and services specifically indicated as such (currently including Luna AI and the 5 Day Drop).
Other products, programs, and services accessible via our Platform—such as telehealth consultations, medical treatments, or prescription services—are fulfilled and managed by independent third-party providers (including but not limited to GoMDUSA and EllieMD).
By purchasing or using any third-party service, you agree that:
The fulfillment, delivery, quality, and customer support for these services are solely the responsibility of the third party.
You are subject to the terms, privacy policies, refund, and dispute resolution policies of each third-party provider.
Biotropics Wellness is not liable for any act, omission, advice, product, or service of any third-party provider.
Your Relationship with Us
Biotropics Wellness facilitates access to certain wellness products and services, both directly and through third parties. Biotropics Wellness is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Any healthcare, medical, or telehealth service accessed through our Platform creates a separate relationship between you and the third-party provider.
Financial Responsibility
All services and products are offered on a cash-pay basis. Biotropics Wellness and its affiliated providers are not enrolled in federal or state health programs (e.g., Medicare or Medicaid). You are solely responsible for all costs associated with your purchases, including any services provided by third-party partners.
Subscription Services
Certain products and services are offered on a subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscription fees (and applicable taxes) are charged in advance. You may cancel by contacting [email protected] at least two (2) days before your next billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not guaranteed and may be issued solely at Biotropics Wellness’ discretion.
Telehealth Services and Consent
If you access telehealth or medical services via the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to:
Use of technology for remote care
Potential limitations (e.g., no physical exam)
Sharing of your information as required by third-party providers

Use of the Service
All content on the Platform is owned by Biotropics Wellness or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently
Attempt unauthorized system access
Provide false or misleading information
Transmit malware or spam
Violation may result in termination of Service.
Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain information may be protected by HIPAA or similar laws and will be handled accordingly. Biotropics Wellness is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party sites or services.

Biotropics Wellness does not control and is not responsible for any third-party content, fulfillment, or practices.
Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and governed by their terms.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting Biotropics Wellness. If not resolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Florida unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Biotropics Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the prior six (6) months.
Modifications to Terms
Biotropics Wellness may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use indicates your acceptance.
