Your Relationship with Us

Biotropics Wellness facilitates access to telehealth consultations and wellness products. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that Biotropics Wellness is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Services provided by healthcare professionals via the Platform establish a separate patient-provider relationship. Biotropics Wellness is not liable for medical decisions made by healthcare providers or their affiliates.

Financial Responsibility

Biotropics Wellness and its affiliated providers are not enrolled in federal or state healthcare programs such as Medicare or Medicaid. Services and products provided through the Platform are offered on a cash-pay basis. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with these services and products.

Subscription Services

Certain products and services are available on a subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Subscription fees, including applicable taxes, will be charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription by contacting support at [email protected] at least two days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription are not guaranteed but may be issued at Biotropics Wellness’ discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Biotropics Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

Biotropics Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
